Classes meet twice a week for an hour and a half over 12 weeks.  Each class uses a combination of cooking classes, exercise sessions, individual sessions with the exercise physiologist and licensed and registered dietitian who oversee the program, small group discussions of progress and strategies for change, and stress reduction sessions to help individuals meet their lifestyle change goals.  Guest instructors such as Patricia Moore-Pastides, MPH, First Lady of USC, who will instruct participants in the basics of Mediterranean cuisine will provide exposure to different types of physical activity and cooking methods participants can use to keep their changes engaging and long term.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
