Traditions of Excellence Employee Orientation

General Hospital Orientation is generally offered on the first and the third Mondays of the month for all new employees.  It is during this time that new employees will be able to meet the senior leadership team at Providence.

The program objective is to provide a hospital orientation program that results in:

• New employee retention through successful onboarding processes.
• New employees knowing key policy and procedures related to require regulatory and compliance topics.
• New employees adhering to the standards of excellence.
• New employees participating in a “Missioning” service.
• Compliance with regulation and governmental standards.

In addition, to the classroom instruction all employees are required to complete a Traditions of Excellence Orientation Module.  The assigned module(s) is accessed through Providence Learning Network.
