Ladi Ajiboye Named All-Heart Player of the Week

Ladi Ajiboye, a freshman defensive tackle from Riverdale, Georgia, was named All-Heart Player of the Week by Coach Spurrier and the University of South Carolina coaching staff. The All-Heart award is presented to individuals who display leadership, initiative and “heart” in athletics, academics, and life.

Ladi Ajiboye had three tackles in the victory over Mississippi State. Ajiboye, a military transfer, was ranked by Rivals Web site as the nation's number 21 overall prep school prospect and was given a four-star rating. He was a three-star prospect by Scout Web site and is considered the nation's 61st-best defensive tackle.
