Employee Health & Wellness Challenge

Designed to foster an environment of health and wellness within your corporation, the Employee Health & Wellness Challenge is a 12-week program that emphasizes a broad range of health and wellness subjects.

  • Three-person teams keep activity logs and compete against other teams to provide encouragement and accountability.
  • Each participant receives a packet with educational materials and weekly logs to track progress.
  • Points are earned for exercise, weight loss and improved dietary habits. Points are tracked and reported weekly by the Providence Health & Wellness team.
  • Monthly “Lunchtime Chat” education programs presented by our trained staff boost engagement with topics such as exercise, nutrition, stress and disease prevention.
  • Reports of total points and participation keep you, the employer, on top of progress.

Employee Health & Wellness Challenge participants each receive a 32-ounce water bottle, a pedometer and an exercise band, along with a diary to selfreport their progress. We encourage employers to provide additional incentives for participation and to recognize teams that win the most points.
