2010 Pre-Participation Physical Information

Date: Saturday, May 8, 2010
Time: Begins at 8 a.m.
Location: Moore Clinic Surgery Center, 104 Saluda Pointe Dr., Lexington (off of Hwy 378)
Cost: $10/student

It's Pre-Participation Physical Time!  Please be sure to call our clinic or the athletic trainer at your school for any questions about the physical screenings we will be holding. The 2010 pre-participation physican screening will be held on Saturday, May 8, and will be held at Moore Clinic's surgery center in Lexington (off of Hwy 378).  Registration begins at 8:00am.  The cost of the physical screening is ten dollars ($10) per student-athlete and 100% of that amount will be donated back to each school's athletic training department.  

Please note that any middle or high school student-athlete in the Midlands area is invited to participate in these physical screenings.  All 'walk-in' students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in order to sign the necessary consent forms.  If you are not sure if your school is participating with Moore Clinic or Providence Hospital's sports medicine programs, please call (803)227-8159.

Saturday Injury Clinics-Football Season Only

Our Saturday Injury Clinics are just the thing to get you back into shape - the right way! Our certified Athletic trainers along with partner Orthopaedic Physician groups are available to assess injuries and offer a plan of action for recovery and rehabilitation. These clinics run during high school football season only.

New clinics are set to start in the fall of 2010. Check back on this site or call (803)865-4973 for more information.
