Providence Sports Health provides pre-participation physicals for many High Schools throughout the Midlands. Some of the High Schools we serve include:

Saturday Injury Clinics-Football Season Only

Our Saturday Injury Clinics are just the thing to get you back into shape - the right way! Our certified Athletic trainers along with partner Orthopaedic Physician groups are available to assess injuries and offer a plan of action for recovery and rehabilitation. These clinics run during high school football season only.
