Respiratory Care

The Respiratory Care Department at Providence Hospital provides routine and critical care pulmonary procedures throughout the hospital. Also available is an outpatient pulmonary rehabilitation program designed for adult patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, bronchitis, emphysema or bronchiectasis. This rehabilitation focuses on education, self-help skills and exercise to improve the patient's functional status and enhance quality of life.
