Rehabilitation Services

Offering physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy, the Physical Rehabilitation Department provides evaluation, therapeutic treatment and educational services to individuals in order to reduce pain and restore function and independence. Using state-of-the-art equipment, Providence therapists employ a wide variety of treatment modalities to return the patient to his or her pre-injury job and lifestyle. Patients are seen by physician or dental referral on an inpatient or outpatient basis.

• Pulmonary function tests (PFTs)

• Blood gas analysis with carbon monoxide testing
• Evaluation of injuries and develop treatment programs for injured workers
• Isokinetic testing for orthopedic injuries
• Traditional and mechanical treatment approaches for neck and back injuries
• Orthopedic rehabilitation including knees, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hand, ankles
• Patient Education for self-management in rehabilitation
• Pain Management
