Registration and Packet Pick-Up

The most convenient and economical way to sign up for the Heart & Sole Five Miler is to register online. Online registration is provided by Strictly Running.

You can also complete the entry form and mail to the address listed. Pre-registration applications submitted by mail must be postmarked by March 26, 2010. (Participants do not receive confirmations.) We cannot guarantee tank tops to late registrants.

Event packets and late registration will be available April 30 from noon to 7:30 p.m. at Arsenal Hill, located at 1900 Lincoln Street in downtown Columbia near the Laurel Street entrance to Finlay Park. (803) 731-2100. You may also register and pick up packets on the morning of the event from 7 to 8 a.m. at the same location.
