Nursing Growth, Training and Development Programs

Nurse Track

A 12-week program during which you'll be paired with skilled registered nurse preceptors in a variety of practice settings at Providence.

Starting Point

A fully paid transitional program offering more than the usual nursing orientation programs provide.

Providence Trek

A 13 week in-house agency contract that allows you to experience our hospital. Think of it as "trying us before you buy us."

BidShift is a Web-based tool that centralizes the posting and assignment of available shifts at Providence Hospitals.
