All of the features of MyProvidence are free and completely confidential. And more terrific tools and services will be added in the future.

All you need to do is sign up, sharing some basic information about yourself:

• Name
• Email address
• Cell phone number (only if you want reminders via text message, and we never call you)
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Zip code

You'll get an email confirmation to make sure it was you who signed up, and once you click the link in that email, you are off and running to better management of your health!
