Leading Edge for Directors and Clinical Managers

Program participants will grow effective approaches to leading others, building their teams, and achieving productive results through collaboration with others. Training presented will be focused live sessions, combined with a systematic series of e-learning tools and integrated simulation, to maximize knowledge retention and application of skills. Leading Edge (directors and clinical managers) and Frontline Connection (supervisors and charge nurses) provides leadership development training resulting in enhanced competency of the organization’s leadership team, strengthened problem-solving skills of leaders, a shift from responsibility to accountability of leaders, improved job satisfaction scores, increased retention, and effective stress management reducing burnout.

Upon completion of the program the participant will be able to:
• Apply key financial concepts to decision making.

• Utilize tools available to improve performance.
