LITE Leadership Development for All Leaders

LITE (Leadership Interactive Training Experience) is leadership development scenario-based learning. The series ties the strategic plan to leadership development with didactic session followed by scenario-based learning. Leaders are required to attend one mandatory training session per year. Selection is based on PMI or Annual Performance Goals.

Objectives

Participants will experience an interactive leadership application exercise which will:

  • Simulate alternate choices individuals face in a variety of situations as leaders.
  • Learn a process to address important issues facing leadership at Providence Hospitals.
  • Interpret, discuss, and understand the advantages and disadvantages of key decisions and actions.
  • Service Excellence and Diversity will thread throughout all topics.

Monthly 4.5 hour training sessions with five scenarios
