FUNdamentals of Leadership for All Leaders

FUNdamentals of Leadership is a leadership enhancement series that ties the strategic plan to leadership development with didactic sessions that are followed by scenario based learning. Leaders are required to attend one mandatory training session per year. Selection is based on PMI or Annual Performance Goals.

Objectives

To provide leadership development training resulting in:
• Enhance competency of the management team and potential leaders
• Strengthened problem-solving skills of leaders
• Shift from responsibility to accountability of leaders
• Improved job satisfaction scores
• Improved retention
• Efficient Stress Management

Content

Six 2-hour sessions with didactic learning: e-learning or classroom based. Programs include:
