Providence Hospitals Center for Leadership Excellence is a strategic framework that provides learning experiences, resources and support. Leaders may choose opportunities to gain and maintain the education and competencies necessary for sustained success in leadership and management. Learning opportunities for new or experienced leader are based on orientation or developmental needs.

The Center for Leadership Excellence focuses on identifying and applying individual strengths while developing new areas of business and leadership expertise. Each leader's development and expertise contributes to Providence Hospitals Mission and Vision for success. Leadership development is a key strategy of Providence Hospitals Learning Institute to support the hospital in fulfilling the mission, vision and goals.
