Providence is putting out a bounty for our "most wanted" qualified, new employees who come on board in critical need positions. Under the Bounty Bonus Referral Program, Providence will pay employees a cash referral bonus ($1,000 for new full-time employees, $500 for new part-time employees) to an employee for successfully referring a candidate for employment; providing the new employee stays a minimum of six months in a critical need position. "Critical need" positions are determined by senior management on a regular basis.
